With a cumulative 25 years of experience in recruitment and employee training, Yannick founded CIVA Human Resources Solutions in 2003, a recruitment firm specializing in recruitment in the banking, insurance and financial services fields. Today, he focuses on specialized recruitment in the financial field. 

After several years in the health sector, Martine took the plunge and reoriented herself towards recruitment by completing a bachelor's degree in human resources concentration. People have always been at the heart of her concerns and this is what allows her to establish interpersonal relationships based on collaboration, trust and authenticity. Martine has 5 years of experience in specialized recruitment.

Madoussou Touré holds a Master's degree in management sciences with a specialization in Human Resources. She has 6 years of experience in recruitment. Having started in the banking field 20 years ago, Véronique joined the Civa team as an account manager and recruitment advisor in order to provide personalized solutions adapted to the specific needs of the financial sector. . Gabrielle Gerdes is a Bachelor of Finance student at the University of Ottawa. After two years of experience in the banking sector, Gabrielle decided to join the CIVA team to gain experience in recruitment in the financial services field. Since her arrival at CIVA, she has specialized in headhunting and volume recruitment mandates, mainly in administrative and customer service positions.

Amélie seizes every opportunity that life presents to her. From her film studies in Paris to her commitment to individuals with intellectual disabilities in Switzerland, and her recruitment for RPAs in 2016 and 2018, each experience has contributed to shaping a dynamic and unconventional professional journey. Since 2021, she has been fully dedicated to high-volume recruitment. In 2023, she joined the hunting team led by Yannick Page, appreciating every interaction as an opportunity to learn and understand the diverse professional realities.

Valérie Dugal is an administrative assistant at Civa. She has several years in recruitment and customer service. She ensures close follow-ups with collaborators and also provides support to managers and employees. Valérie offers a dynamic service, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. She has strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
