Process
1. Application
The first step is to establish what type of role you are looking for.
Then, you can either apply directly to one of the available positions, or, if the position you are looking for is not there, submit your spontaneous application.
2. Initial Selection
Once your application is received, our team reviews it to determine if you meet the basic qualifications for the position. We will assess your qualifications, experience and suitability for the role based on the information you provide.
3. Telephone/video interview
If you pass the initial screening, we will offer you a telephone or video interview.
This interview is typically used to assess your communication skills, clarify some details of your application, and get a general idea of your suitability for the position.
4. Second interview
Depending on the position, you may be invited for a second interview. This interview allows us to deepen your qualifications, your experience and assess your cultural fit with the company.
Behavioral questions, scenario-based questions, or technical questions related to the position may be asked.
5. Final selection and presentation
If you are a good fit for the position, we will advocate on your behalf and coordinate next steps with the employer.
6. Interview with the employer
If we present you as a candidate, you may be invited to an interview with the recruiting company.
7. Hiring
At CIVA, we are not a placement agency. Which means that once you are chosen by the employer, you will be hired directly by the company in question.
